Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any of the subscription plans, as once you have subscribed you cannot downgrade, cancel your subscription plan. Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and for any changes or modifications can be considered if requested can be accepted or rejected by the CCSPL. CCSPL reserved the full right to accept or reject the refund, change or modification of any subscribed service. Please read the Terms and Condition before requesting any refund claim. CCSPL offering paid consultancy services on various domain as well as services for website creation, software and application development, marketing services and business consultancy services in market.

In any circumstances CCSPL failed to provide any service due to subscriber of the service, the full or partial subscription will not be refunded while CCSPL will raise the bill of balance amount to the subscriber and subscriber is bound to clear the due in mutually agreed time.

In any circumstances if CCPL failed to provide any paid subscribed service due to unforeseen and unavoidable reason to the subscriber, CCPL will make the full refund of Subscription amount to the respective subscriber.


The terms that are applicable to Your purchase of the selected Consultancy Service/Plan & Package -

  1. Purchase of a Consultancy Service/s will allow you access only to the online meeting with consultant on the purchased topic on selected time. Follow up session of 20 minute is an optional service provided as per the requirement and with mutual agreement.
  2. Date and time for follow up session will be decided by the consultant and may not be changed on subscriber request. Appearing for follow up session is on sole discretion of the consultant as per their availability and requirement.
  3. The Services offer for marketing, website designing and development, software or application development, will be bounded by separate agreement/s and the validity/term/period of such service bounded with that separate agreement/s.
  4. Delivery of Online Consultancy Service :
    1. Online meeting with assigned consultant:You will get access to attend the live online meeting with the consultant, which has been offered during the purchase of online consultancy service. The access shall be available to you through the Platform during the Subscription Period and shall be subject to the Platform Terms including the Live Videos Terms and Conditions. Please be sure to use a Supported/Compatible device (refer to the ‘Right to Access and Account Creation’ section above) while accessing the live videos.
    2. Viewing Period:Depending on the Subscription, we may make available the recorded versions of any relevant live video to you for continued viewing on the published Platform during your Subscription Period. Please note that availability of the recorded versions of any relevant live video content for your subsequent access on the published Platform is subject to our agreements with the Content Providers, and we do not in any manner guarantee the availability of the same for any reason whatsoever.
    3. Quality of Streaming:The resolution and quality of the content you receive will depend on a number of factors, including the type of Compatible Device on which you are accessing the Content Provider Content and your bandwidth, which may increase or decrease over the course of your viewing. While we strive to provide you a high-quality viewing experience, we make no guarantee as to the resolution or quality of the content you will see when streaming.


When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.


Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.


How do you get my consent?

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
