Introduction
Welcome to Creativedial Consultancy Services Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us” or “CCSPL”). These Terms of Services (“ToS”) govern the use of the services provided by Creativedial.in, including but not limited to our Website Designing and Development Plans. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these ToS. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services
Creativedial.in offers a variety of services, including Website Designing, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Custom app and software development, Offline and Online Branding and Advertising, Office Automation, and Business Consultancy.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans for our “Website Hosting & DIY Development Packages”, “Website Designing & Management Packages”. Each subscription plan includes specified features and tools.
3. Online consultancy services
We offer various online consultancy services, includes creative consultancy, branding consultancy, marketing consultancy, IT consultancy and Legal Consultancy.
a. Purchase of a Consultancy Service/s will allow you access only to the online meeting with the consultant on the purchased topic at a selected time. Follow up session of 20 minutes is an optional service provided as per the requirement and with mutual agreement.
b. The date and time for the follow-up session will be decided by the consultant and may not be changed at the subscriber’s request. Appearing for a follow-up session is at the sole discretion of the consultant as per their availability and requirements.
c. The Services offer for marketing, website designing and development, software or application development, will be bounded by separate agreement/s and the validity/term/period of such service bounded with that separate agreement/s.
e. Delivery of Online Consultancy Service :
i. Online meeting with an assigned consultant: You will get access to attend the live online meeting with the consultant, which has been offered during the purchase of the online consultancy service. The access shall be available to you through the Platform during the Subscription Period and shall be subject to the Platform Terms including the Live Videos Terms and Conditions. Please be sure to use a Supported/Compatible device (refer to the ‘Right to Access and Account Creation’ section above) while accessing the live videos.
ii. Viewing Period: Depending on the Subscription, we may make available the recorded versions of any relevant live video to you for continued viewing on the published Platform during your Subscription Period. Please note that the availability of the recorded versions of any relevant live video content for your subsequent access on the published Platform is subject to our agreements with the Content Providers, and we do not in any manner guarantee the availability of the same for any reason whatsoever.
iii. Quality of Streaming: The resolution and quality of the content you receive will depend on a number of factors, including the type of Compatible Device on which you are accessing the Content Provider Content and your bandwidth, which may increase or decrease over the course of your viewing. While we strive to provide you with a high-quality viewing experience, we make no guarantee as to the resolution or quality of the content you will see when streaming.
5. Payment
All payments for subscriptions are processed through Stripe or Razorpay. By subscribing to our monthly and yearly services, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method. It’s your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date.
All payments for booking an appointment for consultancy are processed through Razorpay. By booking us any consultancy service, you authorise us to charge your provided payment method. Once you book your appointment for consultancy services, it can be rescheduled with mutual consent. CCSPL reserves the right to reschedule. On cancellation from your end amount will not be refunded.
6. Renewals
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds will be provided only if canceled in the setup period after that it is our sole discretion to accept or reject the refund.
8. Setup Period
The setup period is not a trial period. The setup period is being used for setting up your account and adding all required tools as per the plan purchased. Typically we take 24-48 hours to set up the account because this is a manual process and requires human involvement. If in any circumstances setting up of the account took more than 3 days, we will refund the whole amount on the request of the subscriber before the account gets set up.
9. Limitations
Creativedial.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our ToS or use our services for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Creativedial.in, including tools, designs, and resources, remains our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced without our explicit permission.
11. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services.
12. Limitation of Liability
Creativedial.in will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change our ToS at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date at the top.
14. Governing Law
These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
